A hearty congratulations to Kaylee Brooks, Shawnna Books, and Minna Amin, who joined Sifu Sonia and embarked on the Ottawa 5K Foam Fest run on Saturday 28 July, 2018.

It was tremendous fun, and we will definitely be participating again next year.

GREAT NEWS!

Women’s Only Traditional Kung Fu is a go. Carleton Athletics has accepted the proposal and the new class will commence with the regular school year starting this autumn.  Registration details will follow. I hope to see you there!
